中國心理諮詢督導的現狀與挑戰

摘要

繼續教育中的督導是中國心理咨詢督導的主要情境。本研究對 162 名接受繼續教育督導的咨詢 師進行了調查,結果如下:①咨詢師的受訓經歷、從業經驗、理論取向和工作場所均有較大差 異。②咨詢師的被督導經驗差異較大,有少數咨詢師甚至以往從未接受過督導。③咨詢師平均接 受過小組督導的小時數為 107.27,是接受過個體督導小時數的 3 倍多。④咨詢師對督導師的期待 中,對其“指導性”的期待最低,均值為利克特七點量表(1-7)中的 5.76,其他期待項得分均值 都在 6 分及以上。⑤咨詢師對提高咨詢技術期望最高,希望學習咨詢倫理的比例偏低。本研究出 了相應的建議。

Abstract

The supervision in continuing education is the main situation of psychological counselling supervision in China. The study investigates 162 counsellors accepting the supervision in continuing education. The results show that: 1. the counsellors have greatly differentiated training experience, working experience, theoretical orientations, and working areas.

2. the counsellors’ experience of being supervised varies, a few counsellors even never being supervised. 3. The average hours a counsellor has been supervised in a group is 107.27, which is about 3 times more than the average hours one has been supervised individually. 4. the expectation of counsellors for supervisors’ “guidance” is the lowest, with a score of 5.76 in a 7-point Likert scale, while the scores of the other expectations are all above 6. 5. counsellors have the highest expectation for improving counselling technology, while only a few counsellors expect to learn ethics. The paper puts forward relevant suggestions.
