An Integrative Neuro-Somatic Wholebody Focusing Oriented Approach in Trauma Treatment Certification Course

簡介 : 

創傷的原因與影響是十分複雜，包括各種成長與關係創傷、突變與失落所造成的衝擊，親歷或目睹各種天災人禍、意外、暴力及哀傷等，如未能有效疏理，會留下被壓抑或凍結著的負面情緒與記憶在身體裏面，引致身心失衡及人際關係的斷裂。故創傷在身體，療癒也由身體開始，否則無法啟動自我療癒的能力來進行療癒創傷。

此證書課程是參考了系統角度、腦神經科學、體感與生命自覺導向，並相關的心理療法技巧及創傷知情介入法來貫穿整個課程的設計。課程共包括三個單元，涵蓋了創傷對個人、關係及社會三個領域及層次所展現的影響，及之間所交織著的互惠影響。

內容除提供技巧培訓，以增加現時個案輔導及創傷療癒的有效性；亦同時提升參加者的自我覺察與生命能量。培訓形式是以互動體驗為主，並輔以理論/概念解釋。

此證書課程從系統角度涵蓋三個單元，來處理不同層次領域的創傷

第一單元日期：2024年4月13、17 、24、27日

時間：上午9:30 – 下午5:30

表達藝術治療（iEXAT）專業證書課程

• 本培訓課程在晚上和周末上課，切合在職助人工作專業人士參與，完成課程可獲得表達藝術治療專業證書。
• 課程設計參照專業註冊的培訓要求，以協助有興趣成為註冊表達藝術治療師的學員，達到相關專業註冊的教育要求。
• 課程旨在為社會工作者、心理學家、輔導員、教師及其他助人工作者提供體驗式專業培訓，不但為參加者提供成為表達藝術治療師的途徑，亦同時親身經驗表達藝術治療的治癒過程；課程整合了人本取向、榮格取向和現象學取向，作為表達藝術治療實踐的主要理論框架。
• 課程會以多元形式進行，包括：體驗式學習、講座、即場演練、反思性學習、培訓實踐和督導等。期望參加者可學以致用。整個學習過程均由表達藝術治療界內三位海外大師設計、並教授部份課程；其餘部份會由本地註冊表達藝術治療師教授及督導。
